We are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. 

Replacements or Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged or faulty item, and let you know whether your replacement or refund is approved or not. If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If approved for a replacement, the item will be sent to the address on your original order.
