Your laboratory results and assessment report will include a comparison of your nutrient levels against the industry standards for your sampled crop or pasture area and provide suggestions on next steps to rectify any issues identified. 

When to take multiple soil samples

It can be advantageous to take multiple soil samples if you have:

  • Different plants in different parts of your property that have different nutrient needs
  • A large property or multiple areas/crops you need to test
  • Plans to plant fruit or vegetables in multiple places on your section
  • Plants dying or in poor condition in different parts of your property

Turnaround time for soil test results

You will receive your professional assessment report including laboratory results 10 working days from the date your soil sample is received by our office.

    Additional Items

    In addition to this kit, there are some other items you will need to take your sample/s, that you may already have lying around the house:

    • Bucket or container to carry or mix your samples
    • Sampling tool (hand spade, spade or soil corer)
    • Mixing tool (if combining multiple samples)
